Roll-Packed (Grab & Go) Mattress
Compressed with 50,000 kg of force, rolled and vacuumed packed to around a tenth of their full size. This process is quality proof that your mattress will not collapse under your weight and conform to your body as long as you don’t expose it to acidic liquids e.g. urine.
Only quality foam can be compressed, roll packed and gets back to it’s original form

No traces of dust, which is as a result of the use of Calcium Carbonate (lime).

Dr. Mattress® High Resilient foam is durable and as long as it is not exposed to acidic liquid e.g. urine, it can last a life time.

Conforms to an individual’s body shape when they lie on it and returns to its original shape. This makes the mattress not only orthopedic but Posturepedic as well.

Has open cell structure with an appearance of interlocking cells. This allows mattresses to breathe and gives them ability to conduct heat away from the sleeper’s body resulting in a cooler night’s sleep.

Our special formula High Resilient Foam is 30+density with NO-CHALKING (calcium carbonate). We recommend 30 density mattress for adults.

Other Foam

Has high quantities of Calcium Carbonate which produces dust and off gassing. If you are susceptible to lung issues, please do additional research on the quality of foams before purchase.

The use of chalk (Calcium Carbonate/ Lime) destroys the formation of the foam mattress, reducing the quality and longevity of the mattress.

Does not conform to one’s body and develops body impressions (permanent sagging) hence losing their qualities of comfort and pressure relief.

The foam is infused with Calcium Carbonate (Lime), which closes the cells. The closed cells reduce the breathability quality, absorbs the heat resulting to sweating and sleeping hot.

In the market less than 30 density foam available which may not be suitable for adults as it’s prone to collapse. Even 30 and above density foams in the market may also be prone to collapse due to chalking.

Poor quality foams cannot be compressed and roll-packed.
